Nice hotel, great location, very clean heated room, lots of choices for breakfast. As a minus, shower pressure could be better. I phoned the hotel in order to book a room, I was told a price over the phone and when we got to the hotel, we were charged more money per night. I had to stay in Constanta over night due to a late notified emergency, so I booked the accommodation at Carol fast, by phone, late at night... though everything went smoothly and I was quite happy with this option - kind staff, cozy room and good breakfast, for an excellent rate (for a 4* hotel). Such a great experience! The place is close to the beach, more exactly to Modern Beach. It is also close to Neversea Beach (aprox 10 minutes walk).
The building looks amazing, hallways and rooms are nicely decorated. We stayed in a King room, which was spacious and bright (wide windows).
Really neat and clean.
Breakfast was delicious.

I had one of the best rooms with the sea view and a large balcony. I enjoyed the stay, the decor, the breakfast especially. Location excellent, close to everything for a tourist. Beach nearby. Bus station next to the hotel.
